OSES Management Group offers an SMS notification service to keep you informed about critical security updates, service alerts, emergency notifications, and important communications related to your security services.
SMS Consent Agreement
By opting in to OSES Management Group's SMS program, you agree to receive text messages from OSES Management Group and its authorized service providers at the mobile phone number you provide. These messages may include:
- Security alerts and emergency notifications
- Service updates and scheduling information
- Account notifications and important announcements
- Event security updates and operational changes
- Job assignment notifications for security personnel
- Marketing messages and promotional offers (if separately opted-in)
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive automated text messages from OSES Management Group to the mobile number provided.
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You are not required to opt-in to SMS messages in order to use OSES security services. However, opting out may limit your ability to receive time-sensitive security alerts and service notifications.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your service agreement and account activity. You may receive up to 10 messages per month for service-related notifications. Marketing messages (if opted-in) may be sent up to 4 times per month.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard text messaging rates from your mobile carrier will apply to all messages sent and received. Check with your mobile carrier for details about your messaging plan.
How to Opt In
To opt in to OSES SMS notifications, you can:
- Client Portal: Log in to your OSES Client Portal and enable SMS notifications in your account settings
- Text Message: Text START or YES to (877) 939-3002
- Sign-Up Form: Complete the SMS opt-in form during account registration or service enrollment
- Contact Us: Call our office at (877) 939-3002 and request to be added to SMS notifications

How to Opt Out
You may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by:
- Text STOP: Reply STOP, QUIT, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or END to any text message from OSES
- Client Portal: Log in and disable SMS notifications in your account settings
- Contact Us: Call (877) 939-3002 or email [email protected] to request removal
After you opt out, you will receive one final confirmation message. You will not receive further messages unless you opt back in.

OSES is not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier. OSES is not responsible for any charges that may be incurred from your wireless carrier for SMS messages.
